This does not seem to be current information. The drug Orteronel mentioned in there was cancelled in 2014 and the drug MDV 3100 has been approved for a long time as Enzalutamide.

Orteronel (TAK 700) development was terminated a while back.

Whimpy-p says he was in that clinical trial and is still taking TAK-700 ... no sign of PCa for 5 years now taking it. He was the single sole person that benefited from Tak-700 in the trial.
