Do topical steroids help? Have you changed detergents, cleaning products, etc.? Supplements?

Yes it does. Small rash about quarter size on shoulder today it’s gone. Have used Oxi clean

lately Only new medicine was Tamsulosin 0.4mg 1 nightly

Started that September 1 read side effects and it said hives rash itching skin so stop that a week ago.

No fever or cough and always in evening He is clear now but does have some dried red spots

I keep think heat rash that comes and goes and he Aggravated by scratching it

Dr, Google says:

Hives (also known as urticaria) are an itchy rash that can appear anywhere on your body. This rash is sometimes called weals or wheals. It comes and goes and can last from hours or days (acute) to months (chronic).Feb 22, 2020

Tell him not to scratch the rash (easy for me to say). Make him wear mittens, if he doesn't have any then use his socks as mittens (rubber band around his wrists).

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

Same thing happened to me while I was on Zytiga, Prednisone, and Eligard.

The only thing that helped me was Zyrtec. Not the best solution but it worked. Still don't know what really caused the hives though.
