There are other cancers out there. People who have a cancer may be predisposed to have others.

Having one cancer increases the risk of another & this is unrelated to treatment. The increase might be related to inflammation (IMO).
The following are the number of cancer
events - rate per 1000 person- years - Aspirin (Placebo):
PCa-I {incidence} 199 (202)
PCa-D {death} 17 (17)
Colorectal-I 139 (137)
Colorectal-D 35 (20)
Brain-I 18 (9)
Brain-D 14 (9)
