Reading CT Scan Report

Due to protests in Philly, my appointment with MO has been changed back to tele-health appointment.

If anyone can throw some light on the following content in my CT scan report, it would be appreciated:

START INTERVAL ONCOLOGIC RESPONSE ASSESSMENT (ABDOMEN-PELVIS)

Pre-existing lesions: Overall stability of pre-existing tumor lesions. [ORAP4]

New lesions: No new malignant lesions identified since prior study. [ORAN1]

END INTERVAL ONCOLOGIC RESPONSE ASSESSMENT

Good report! None of your tumors have grown since last time, and there are no new ones.

I had a tele-medicine appointment with MO. According to him, my cancer is very sensitive to hormone treatment - my PSA of 4.48 at the start of ADT in November 2018 went down to 0.06 by November 2019. In March this year it went up nominally to 0.07 with T < 20. Now, at the end of May it went up to 0.135 with T = 114. MO wants me to watch my PSA and T. He is of the opinion of restarting ADT when PSA starts rising with short PSADT at normal T level. I believe that my normal T level is low hovering around 300, give or take 30.

Someone here tells me that since my normal T is low, my metastatic cancer may be aggressive. Before starting ADT in November 2018, PSADT was less than two months. He suggests that I should restart ADT as soon as possible.

Now, what should I do?

I value your opinion very much.

People on here say all sorts of ridiculous things. I ignore such things. You've gotten an excellent response so far.
