ADT and lymph node shrinkage

Has anyone experienced lymph node shrinkage shown on a CT and Body Scan after a year or more?

I was Dx stage 4 with very high PSA, extensive Mets, and positive lymph node biopsies in Jun 2018.

I've been on Lupron and my own Alkaline Therapy since. Recent scans 1 1/2 later look much better and lymph nodes have reduced in size.

I'm trying to judge if this is just the Lupron or has my own Alkaline treatments helped.

I started MY Alkaline Therapy (AT) Jun 2018 with 12 days "on" and 10 days off for a "cycle".

1 tsp each baking soda and pure maple syrup in a cup of water. 1 cup 1 hour before breakfast and another at least 1 hour after last food before bed.

MY EXPERIENCE with first cycle was a reduction in PSA from 1300+ and climbing a point a day down to 362. 70% reduction based on AT alone.

I HAD NOT STARTED ANY OTHER TREATMENT WHILE I WAS STILL BEING DX.

I continued that cycle for a couple months but Casodex and Lupron added to second and subsequent cycles as the only SOC offered to me then.

Lupron ever since.

After stopping AT for a month later due to perceived side effects I then changed to 10 day cycle once a month from the 15th to the 25th of each month. I continue today.

I recently had great CT and Body Scan results a couple weeks ago. (Can send copy to your email if interested).

For MY limited anecdotal study of one I "feel" MY AT is helping but no easy way to test AT success beyond that very first cycle. Due to that fantastic initial result I have felt very strongly about continuing it.

Alkaline is good ..adt put my two lit up lymph nodes in clear status . Wish you the same .🤙🏽
