Post ADT Side Effects?

Has anyone had side effects after starting ADT vacation? Presumably this would be due to resurgence of testosterone. I’m feeling aches and pains but nothing severe. Could be ordinary aging process, or just paranoia. Overall have been asymtomatic with respect to cancer. ADT didn’t even cause noticeable fatigue.

For every month you were on ADT it takes a month to leave your system....rule of thumb

speaking of rule of thumb.....

My proctologist gave me two thumbs up…

Which I did NOT appreciate.

At about 3-4 months my T was starting to return.

I felt considerably better (general sense of wellbeing) and could get 3-4 things done each day (during ADT, 1 thing per day was the norm).

Expect the regrowth of hair during ADT will fall out at 4-6 months. Oh well ...

Hey, you may just start to appreciate the fairer sex again. During ADT, seems like I could care less.

My best to you. Enjoy the break.

I'm going with paranoia, since you brought it up (or aging, or coincidence). Recovering T does not produce aches and pains.
