My step father is following the 3 days on 4 days off protocol but is having bouts of blockage. Has anyone increased their dosage and found better results?

I'm sorry I didn't clarify that he is taking the fenbendazole for stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Hi, This is a forum on advanced prostate cancer and anything we say about the very different pancreatic cancer should be regarded with great suspicion. However, a number of us take fenbendazole (FBZ). Some have reported it may slow down development of the cancer. Positive effects (if they occur) take months. Dosages are in the realm of 200+mg, 3 days out of 7. However it is a fairly safe antithemitic (anti-wormer) and doses as high as 2g per day have been reported without side effects. I have taken for 6 months about 500mg per day (in the form of a -highly appropriate- goat dewormer) with no apparent side effects (but no discernible effect on the cancer). This substance has had a long exposure to humans.

You did not say what is the nature of the blockage. I think it is important.
