i was looking up the leaves you write about on Amazon. Did you get them thru them? Your diet seems extreme but i am tending to go towards it.

Avoid extreme diets- there is no credible evidence of benefit, and it may upset your microbiome needed to maintain good health.
Home made fat free yogurt which I eat daily ..takes care of microbiome even better than probiotic capsules. Its the putrified, preserved, stale meat which messes up with the microbiome the most.
I’ll never make my own yogurt. Zero chance lol. . Anyone sell something similar ?

The reason I prefer fresh homemade yogurt is that it has most live good bacteria. Th probiotics claim that they have 5 billion or 10 billion bacteria but in reality a large proportion of these bacteria are dead or in dying state. If you dont like to make yog[-urt at home then next best thing is to buy good quality packed yogurt.
God blessed me with a big backyard and a wife who loves gardening. She planted 2 guava trees, one pomegrande tree, one soursop tree ,one Neem tree and one moringa tree. All these trees are over 8 feet tall with lots of leaves. I pick every morning these leaves fresh.
Besides we are able to harvest some turmeric and ginger roots from the ground. Easy to grow.
