Is rebounding a good idea?

Rebounding is good to activate your immune system, to enforce your bones, great exercice etc...

But could it be bad if you have lymph node mets, could it help spreading??

Hi Myriammole,

How to "rebound to activate our immune system " any specific method ?

Where did you read about this?

I found this "Rebounding creates an increased G-force resistance (gravitational load) and positively stresses every cell in your body. As a result, it strengthens your entire musculoskeletal system: your bones, muscles, connective tissue, and even organs. And it promotes lymphatic circulation by stimulating the millions of one-way valves in your lymphatic system"

Thanks!

Everything I've read says improving circulation is generally good for beating cancer. Tumors that are starved of oxygen are the ones that are resistant to treatment and send off cells to create other tumors. During treatment, exercise and the improved circulation help get the drugs deep into the tumors where they can work.

I like rebounding . I was told by a masseuse that our lymphatic system has a one way valve that is opened in zero gravity while in up in the air ..And this cleans the lymphatic system doing so .. They say 10 minutes twice daily will do it . It reminds me to break and start using my rebounder again ..I felt good when I was rebounding . Just got a little lazy . Better start again . Good luck🌵

But for me the point is: is it still good when you have metastatic lymph nodes? Don't find an answer to that question...

I would think so. If it is at all good for the lymphatic system ..?? I also have questions that no one can answer .. keep searching ..😎
