lab results look really good. Kidney functions are normal. Not much activity is going on in bones as ALK Phos is in normal range and serum calcium is in normal range. Another good news is that Albumin is in normal range.

In this situation, I would just monitor PSA and Alk Phos every 2 to 3 months and not worry too much until I see an upward trend

By the way, I was reading research paper today which says that capsaicin , a chemical found in hot ,chilli peppers has capacity to kill prostate cancer cells. Some other things which slow the progression are (1) turmeric (2) Ginger (3) Garlic (4) moringa leaves (5) Neem leaves (6) Berberine (7) Red yeast rice and many more.

This is what we shoot for (but don't do so well at!) with guidance of our brilliant team including Dr Nasha Winters (author of Metabolic Approach to Cancer)

ALP 70-90 range. Anything more means liver inflammation or bone breakdown. Anything less means magnesium, protein, B6 deficiency.

Protein 7.1-7.3 and albumin above 4. Low protein, albumin & creatinine combined means cachexia (muscle wasting). May need to up your good sourced proteins & fat intake. Not sugar, dangerous. Amino acids may be needed?

Low uric acid is better than HIGH. Good job there. High Uric acid means oxidative stress, poor methylation and too much fructose.

Calcium below 9.6, yours is 9.5! good. High calcium stimulates inflammation and tumor growth factors.
