Happy labor day....Its raining here cats and dogs....so I had my Chinese Green Tea (Gun Powder brand) and am on treadmill determined to walk 4 miles by end of labor day..
Isn't that called "real labor" ?
I just read again in a text book that physical exercise delays prostate cancer progression and prolongs survival...Also slows bone loss caused by ADT.
We gotta Keep on keeping on...even being on our 5 week (mostly driving) holiday....we're clocking in between 3 miles and 5 miles a day walking...and that, of course with just having been released from the hospital(Mayo Clinic for 3 days) less than a week ago with a Foley catheter that I'm carrying along...lol. and just 2 days before that spending a day in the emergency room in Nashville. This is a trip that I will never forget. But staying active certainly seems to help!
