BRCA2 is being addressed using PARP inhibitors---- Possibly a clinical trial involving an immunotherapy drug like Keytruda which has been used in SCLC and a Parp inhibitor if you have already done other treatments...so.....where are you on treatment, since you are new to the forum??... more information, please...

Hi Eloise,

I realize you are new to this community. There are others with Small Cell Cancer.

It would help frame a response if you could give us more clinical information or create a summary on your profile page.

My lesson of the past year is that though a biopsy showed Small Cell Cancer, once treated, my

PSA rose to new highs. Best explanation is that my cancer is a hybrid of both small cell and adenocarcinma.
