Thanks for posting the science, Puxi...My SBRT sessions took about 5 minutes once they started...FLASH is 300 times faster.... The science is coming and it gives me HOPE !!!!

Once perfected... I wonder if it will have any implications for retreatment for those who have already had RT as a primary curative modality..... Probably too far off in the future for me but an interesting consideration

I think that before building it on purpose, they need to understand the mechanism. For the moment, is just trial and error as far as I understand (not so far of what is being done since 70y in this domain, despite "advocates" (see T_Allen) claim that there is science behind just because "peer reviewed papers" are written...).
