225Ac - Excellent results and reduced xerostomia

Very encouraging study here showing the efficacy of 225Ac. It appears they were able to greatly reduce the saliva gland damage by deescalating the doses as well.

Has anybody travelled to South Africa / Germany for the treatment?

And I am wondering if it is better to utilise before chemotherapy given these patients were all chemo naive.

If you are worried about renal or salivary damage, look into the I&T pmsa ligand. It is available in Germany and Australia.
