I’m not sure if this posted before. My husbands scans are showing major met progression but his PSA is only at 3.8, dx@1044. His recent biopsy does not show Neuroendocrine cells so what other types of PC progresses with little PSA rise?

Did they do any genetic testing on the tissue sample for mutations? Is his Alkaline Phosphatase also rising?
