Had rps 8 years ago very bad Gleason and margins been on and of Lupton injections now for 4 years currently on and no says will be for life when is was off test went to 1460 after 9 months back on down to 16 sucks but still try to work out 2 hours daily mostly cardio bc strenght is not great but with weight but i have been able to build up to bench my body wieght again at 59 and just cant seem to lose any weight any ideas would be great btw I live in AZ and love beer and it's hot lol

Obviously exercise which you do. But I’d add Metformin. A lot of oncologists feel like it may help against PC and it’s shown to reduce body weight on many people. I feel like it really helps me keep the weight off. Very few negative side affects other than stomach issues which for me are minimized by taking n a full stomach and seem to get better over time.

I agree with nalakrats. Plus, remember that you dont have to eat three meals a day. Just eat two, with a snack in between, celery and organic hummus for example. For exercise, find a sport you like and play it - shoot baskets, play tennis or lift a few weights and use the arc trainer or the elliptical machine for about 40 minutes. Take about 2 grams of L-Arginine before your exercise and it will dilate your arteries and improve your workout and mood. Also drink matcha green tea powder with your tea in the morning. This will improve mood and energy too.

Yes, the mid-section weight seems to be there for good thank you ADT but today I swam my 30 minutes. Probably should do some upper body work too.
BTW I love my wine and single malt scotch...not giving that up!
