I was just wondering, is there an easy way (a website?) where I could keep track of ongoing Phase III trials for PCa? I know the PubMed option, but was wondering if there were some other sites, blogs perhaps, that list ongoing trials as a general info?
Thanks!

Go to clinicaltrials.gov and go to "advanced search." Type in "prostate cancer." pull down study results: "studies with results," Check status:"completed;" Phase: Phase 3, and hit the "search" button. New studies are required to post links to their results. For older studies, try googling the NCT#
If you want the status of trials that haven't been completed, there is always a box on the upper right that shows the recruitment status.
Sometimes phase III trials are randomized placebo trials. The problem with the placebo trials is that you could not get the experimental treatment you wanted. I have participated in 5 clinical trials and all of them were phase II and I got the treatment or diagnosis I was looking for. Be careful in deciding to enter a phase III trial that is a placebo trial. Anyway as TA told you you can get the information about trials in different phases using clinicaltrials.gov and advanced search.
Just watch which trial you choose. I have been on 2 trials, each phase III. The one I am on now is xtandi plus a mystery drug that is being tested to extend the viability of xtandi. I know I am getting the real xtandi so it's just a question of the mystery drug. Been on this for 3 years.
