At what point do they recommend going back on Casodax & Lupron?

There is no fixed rule. I've seen doctors who use different parameters on when to resume ADT:

- time (e.g., at least 1 year)

- time with normal T level

- PSA (e.g., >10)

- PSADT (e.g., <9 months).

It depends on you. It looks like your T level is starting to come back to where you might feel more like yourself again - you may wish to keep that going for a while.

8/18 Cas (30 day supply) + Lupron shot PSA 86

Imo with monthly psa restart between 5 to 10 psa. I usually restart between 5 and 7. Which will probably be 2 or 3 mos for you. You might also staying on ht a little longer. Some mos suggest 12. To 18 mos, than you get more time off some just go 5 mos on and 5 off.. In canada if they got the psa to below 4 they would take their holiday till some arbitrary no. Bet 10 and 20 but the consensus of mos is to stay nondetectable for a yr. Go figure. Good luck with your choice. Rocco
