I was diagnosed two years ago, I had a Gleason score of 9-7. I had numerous radiation treatment, don’t know if it’s being affective or not. The question I have for everyone is: when you are having an intimate relationship, making love, when it’s time cum nothing comes out is this a normal process.

Oh yah . Happened to me. Double adt and RT. After awhile my wife says what the F? Because I can’t come she doesn’t want to be selfish .. totally selfless she is. Plus she’s entered menopause last year with me and feels unattractive . Hormones or the lack there of ,are powerful stuff. Thanks for bringing this up . I haven’t seen it discussed here before . I told my wife by my side . We are not the only ones ... intamacy and affection should be carried on even when sex can’t be.. we examine our very souls in this process.. good luck .. just be grateful that you can even get wood. Most can’t..My doc said it would never happen for me .. after RT. Good luck .

If your lucky, some will come out after about 12-16 months. The prostate will have to heal and you could have some regenerated tissue within the prostate. Not knowing our frequency of sex you have in a week, but if its 3-4 days between sex, you could see semen come out and maybe a minute after ejaculation some runoff.
