My fathers PSA has risen from 84 to 473 in 3 months. He is no longer on any treatment due to having quality of life for the time he has left as there is nothing else they can do.
That’s such a big jump just hope it doesn’t cause him any pain or suffering but who knows what will happen next.

If you can, try not to focus on his PSA. In fact, why would he even get a PSA test if there is no therapy? It only causes anxiety. I've seen PSA go up over 10,000 in some patients.
It is wonderful that his quality of life is so good, and that he is not in any pain.
Month ago and no more treatments available to him due to his age and health. The oncologist doesn't want to see us any more and we have been told to prepare ourselves but he looks so well and not sure what happens now.

After stopping treatment in July
My dads psa has risen from 30 to 85 since stopping treatment but he is feeling great and doing well. He is in no pain. What will happen next?

Is this an informational post or are you asking for help? Please respond, thank you.
BTW what is your father's age and where are you located and where is he being treated (include doctor's name)?

My very best friend is 82 years old and just started treatment in October 2018. His MO is from auSC Norris Cancer Centre . I suggested he reach out to dr . Scholz from Marina Del Rey for. 2nd opinion . He is not going to take ‘ no treatment available for him ‘ should his MO tell him.
I would suggest another MO. How about a clinical trial?
Sorry I’m still learning a lot so I can’t offer you the other treatment prescription .
