prediction tools / nomograms

had RP 2/17 --- psa .8 ---so off to IMRT and ADT --- PSA undetectable since last PSA in May - due for another test Non 18... GS 9 - no mat.

The question does anyone know of a nonogram/prediction tool i could use to plug in my #s and odd beat this thing... thanks..
