A number of members have used the Shamsuddin ratio.

IMO, the best way to go is to get Source Natural IP-6 (400 grams) & Inositol (16 oz).

Mix 1.5 tsp of the former & 0.25 tsp of the latter in water.

It lasts forever & is much cheaper than IP6 Gold.
