a space of 14 mm wide by 46 mm long was created according MRI.

Is that enough to prevent damage to rectum/upping radiation dose ?

SpaceOAR only limits late-term rectal side effects, which affects about 1% of men with modern radiation therapy. It does not affect the rate of serious acute rectal injury (which is also low). Hypofractionation only increases the dose per fraction but not the total radiation dose. In fact, the biologically equivalent dose that can harm rectal tissue is LOWER than with conventional fractionation.
