After having been recently diagnosed with pathogenic BRCA2 positive. I was recommended to reach out to two major research centers performing cutting edge research for both men and women BRCA positive. One is at UCSF, Dr Pamela Munster. The other is UPenn Basser Center for BRCA, Dr Susan Domchek. Since I live in NJ, I made an upcoming appointment with Dr Domchek in Philadelphia.

So what's happened with you? I'm BRCA2m+, 4 years into remission with Stage 2 prostate cancer. Patient of Pam Munster @ UCSF. Met Susan Domchek @ FORCE HCC conference in San Diego last year. Both ladies brilliant but their least experience is in prostate cancer, tho both are putting increased attention to male BRCA2m+ cancer patients and "previvors." Read Munster's book "Twisting Fate" to get visceral feel of what BRCA mutations mean to our lives, male and female.
Also remember: Half of BRCA mutation carriers are MALE. Tho MOST knowledge and treatment experience comes from female carriers (not-inappropriate today.) We guys are benefiting from females speaking up decades before us.
KNOW that you have much increased lifetime probability of multiple cancers. No point living in fear, but lotsa research with Dr. Google is highly recommended...
I've been guided to 'regularly' screen for 5 different cancers. You will likely (or best-practice properly) be guided to same.
