Thank you for posting this excellent summary, Tall_Allen. I needed to get this review under my belt before my next consult at MD Anderson (next week). I am now dealing with two excellent physicians with differing opinions: one says the utility of starting abiraterone now (two months after Taxotere chemo) would be to delay progression. The other says that the clinical trials say you need progression before starting abiraterone or you don't get as much benefit. I'm going to let these two sort it out as it is easy to get confused.
