Anybody hear of this with PCa? I can find a few incidences on Google. But it appears to be very rare, or would these be more likely from a secondary cancer?

Were they biopsied?
Hi Tall_Allen, no there has been no biopsy, but they are not resolving with topical creams. After 6 weeks.
I go in for a Prostate mpMRI this Thursday after a protracted back and forth with my GP (since February). in this time I've lost weight and muscle tone, had unresolved shoulder pain, which my GP put down to a rotator cuff tear, X-ray showed mild degenerative arthritis, but I have pain in both my upper arms that's just not right.
In my first post you'll remember I had a very low PSA and last ALP came in at 50, but since that time I've got worse with body wide pain, I had to ring the practice manager twice before my GP finally booked the MRI, I understand it's a tough one given the clinical evidence from my PSA etc, but we all know how insidious Cancer is, and the unreliable nature of testing.
Yes, I had four of them on my chest and left shoulder. My oncologist doubted they were PCa (yes, it must be unusual), but a biopsy proved that they were. The second biopsy showed (thank you Jesus!) that the genetic signature was the one that worked with Keytruda. After about three infusions, PSA has been undetectable. The nice thing about subcutaneous tumors is that they're easy to biopsy!
