Hi everybody

I have read about the above treatment ccs1477 in a prostate cancer journal. I hope someone in our forum can give a better idea about this treatment.

That clinical trial has not begun, but there are a couple of similar medications in clinical trials that are currently recruiting:

These might be a couple of the precursor lab/mouse studies that led to the hypotheses that these kinds of compounds might possibly be useful in combinations with enzalutamide, PARP inhibitors, and/or platinum-based drugs where "resistance" mechanisms to treatment may be involved.

It would be wonderful if something eventually pans out in human Phase I/II/III Clinical Trials to provide high level evidence that these types of combination treatments might work better or longer in advanced prostate cancer treatment.
