It Looks Like if You Fail Xtandi...Darolutamide Is The way to Go

My bet because of the chemical structure of Apalutamide it will work 6 months max after failing Xtandi...from the video below looks like Darolutamide is the way to go

Do you think we are going to able to get doctors to prescribe it for MCRPC? I sure hope so.

once it is approved a lot of Docs will "help" you with the paperwork to get ins to pay for it

I guess you just have to go to the right doctor to get some of the drugs that are "off-label" for your indication. I am really hoping to be able to get Darolutamide some day, but looks like that possibility could be a ways off.
