I have sported a sign on my back for 18 marathons and today a lady with a 60 yr brother with Stage IV spoke with me. I advised her of what worked for me and gave her my contact info. Up next NYC marathon for ZERO prostate. Fight on! Randy

Well done Randy, I have told many, many guys to get their PSA checked. If I can be under 50 with stage IV prostate cancer and no family history, anyone can.

Randy, That sign is surely an attention grabber. A much needed one. You inspire me to consider ways for me to "get the word out." Bravo!

Way to go! I also try to get the word out, but I am not as good as you are. When I bike ride I have a blue prostate flag on my bike. I also have a sign on the back of my bike pack that reads: “Stage Four Cancer? I Like A Challenge!”. It has led to discussions with other bike riders. My main problem is that I no longer have the energy to ride as far or on as many organized rides as I did pre-cancer, so the audience is limited.
