New study below [1]. Editorial [2]. Abstract [3]

I have a number of posts on the subject, but briefly D-dimer can be used to monitor clot activity & nattokinase can be used to dissolve a clot.

Men with PCa were included in the study, but the finding applies to cancer in general.

"Six months after a cancer diagnosis, patients had double the rate of arterial thromboembolism compared with peers without cancer (4.7% versus 2.2% ...)"

"Cancer patients were particularly high-risk for MI {myocardial infarction} (2.0% versus 0.7%, HR 2.9 ...) and ischemic stroke (3.0% versus 1.6%, HR 1.9 ...)."
