Shadow on pancreas

An CT scan and endoscope revealed a shadow on my wife's pancreas. She is worried that it may be cancer

It could be a cyst or a number of them. I have that condition and they have been monitoring it, but don't consider it a problem. At least not yet, but my father has them and he's 94.
