Hello! Introducing myself!

Just another ADHDer trying to find my way with a late dx. I am hoping to connect with others who understand the struggle. From living in the USA and the UK, I see how brutally the shortages have affected people and how different the healthcare systems are.

Take it easy peeps!

Hello and Welcome! I'm fairly new as well. Your name is hilarious by the way, I love it! If you need any help with anything ADHD related I can try to help you out. I was diagnosed with ADD (ADHD Inattentive) when I was 11 years old, but unfortunately I didn't receive any guidance on how to manage ADHD or what the common symptoms of ADHD were beyond being easily distractible and misplacing things frequently. I started learning more about ADHD through YouTube (specifically How to ADHD) and through that YouTube channel I was introduced to CHADD. If you have questions I'm sure that someone in the forum can come up with an answer.

Welcome! Great to have you! I'm another late dx as well - diagnosed at 50 - and I have found this community to be amazing. Hope you do as well!
