Hello, I am KnightlyADHD, 26 year old male living in the United States. Some of my interests include blogging (this is my current responsibility for the community I am a part of) and I enjoy playing sports and working out when I can find the time.

I initially came to CHADD in order to get support for any ADHD related symptoms that I may be struggling with. As all of you are well aware, we all have our good ADHD days and our bad ADHD days and I am no different.

I've enjoyed scanning through the other posts so far! I can tell that CHADD has developed a great community and I'm excited to be here with all of you!

Welcome, this is a great group. I was diagnosed about 18 months ago and found the group to help me and teach me about life with ADHD. I agree that there are good days and some rough days.

Take care
