Congratulations (I hope that it can feel that way) notebook- a diagnosis can sometimes feel like a relief to a concern that something was "off" but un said. When something is named it can really help the journey with it forward. I'd find it hard to recommend books as find them very individual but I used alot of podcasts to find *help* from meditation, discussion and people's lived experiences.Know you are not alone
Thank you, Elvis! I dont know if it is a relieve or not! What I learned so far from my journey that it is better to manage my symptoms ,know myself very well, and of course knowing what is not normal with me would help to understand and go further in living this life as loving ,productive, and peaceful to everyone including myself.
