ADHD adult struggling with finding a stimulating job

I dont know where to start, finding a stimulating job means everything to me, It has been xtremely difficult lately. I got my bachelor's in Safety and Health and my welding classmates are thinking I'm crazy and envy me how I got one of the "best jobs" that consists of telling people to follow rules and making sure they are following safety guidelines making over 60k a year. In reality, It has drained me mentally going up to the same person for a company safety violation and the routine inspections got so boring trying to find something even if it was positive.

I currently work as a fedex delivery driver and server at Olive Garden. I feel like time goes by faster delivering packages than being a server but I dont like the driving and waiting and having to take more packages from co workers. uncomfortable (memorizing and having to meet peoples demands with the more tables i get and I easily get distracted, I dont feel motivated to upsell things for more tips or try to improve my "score", I like the process of switching inbetween tasks.

I have been a medical assistant (diffculty cleaning tools and room, unstimulating clerical ), safety, factory woker, Cashier, sales associate, behavioral technician, preschool assistant (stimulating-close relationship with teacher and different classrooms daily), receptionist

Can you do the welding instead of the safety checking? Keep your eyes open and discuss with people the type of job you want.

You want something (sounds to me) that you can move around, not have to sit in one place and a job where you don't have to fill out forms.

Hi Xboxrrod, I made your question subject of a post so humour me and read what's under "Who loves or likes their job". What do you think?I tell you what I would love to do. Computer work yes, but also police, fire service, zoo keeper or working in an animal housing facility, forest worker, anything outside that keeps me moving, city guide would be ok, something where the entertainment factor is important, any work with kids etc etc
