I you do not have access to medical care you'll need to do your best to self educate, ie. books, video, internet, etc. There should be other parents seeking support locally, I might suggest posting in regional message boards. Network at hospitals, medical schools, and medical associations or licensing boards.
As you self educate and you help your child with their ADHD behaviors I would advise that shaming or negative disciplining not be used to moderate behaviors; it's very destructive and can catalyze derivative ADHD impacts.
Take a breath and understand this is a marathon not a sprint.
Most important, your child needs lots of love, understanding and support; positive motivation works best.
Understanding your child mental processes is also important, check in with them regarding their perceptions of difficult activities.
