I hope so too! I saw someone asked about it in a different group, and no one answered her either.
I have been using it and it actually is extremely helpful (I just have to remember to prioritize it).
My take is that it essentially does what meditation does for me, but using technology and gamifies it. I'm hoping to make a blog about it and turn it into a resource for young students with ADHD – I'm into tech solutions
I would totally read that blog! Thanks for telling me! If it works for you then I'll try it, because no medication has worked for me AT ALL, and I find it impossible to meditate.
