I am 44 and have been struggling with my body going through all kinds of changes and my hormones are all over the board. My medication doesn't feel as effective as it usually does.

Hi, Rondella~

At 44, wondering if you might be going through menopause? This definitely changes your body hormones and has a lasting effect on everything; hair health, eyes, cardio vascular.. the whole shebang! There are some excellent articles about this (and MORE) at Http://ADDitude.mag Go check it out.

For now, you might need to adjust your medication as well. It's just like anything else, when we use the same thing for years, it starts losing it's effectiveness and we need something else for a while.

Hope this helps you out!

Regards~
