iv got to the stage in my life where my children have grown and im now learning about myself and what i like, iv no friends and limited family and id love to connect and make friends

Hi, my daughters left for college and I just left teaching so I’m also trying to figure out who I am and what I want at 49. I’m trying not to put too much pressure on myself to come up with answers. Spending my time right now cleaning out and organizing my home. ADHD can make that challenging but I just follow the dopamine. The friends thing is difficult at this age. I’ve also moved around so much. I think there’s many of us who feel this way. Anyway happy to correspond if that helps some.

it sounds like ur doing a good thing by occupying ur time with sorting ur home , im always doing bits at home too but at the moment its tricky as iv just had carpal tunnel surgery and im one handed lol,, im always trying to find the positives in things so i just do what i can. Your rite its very hard to meet and make new friends expecially if ur like me and dont know where to start x
