Script for 30 days I take occasional holiday to create reserve Walgreens has failed twice to prepare script one time reducing my reserve to 0! They insist rules & insur won’t allow them to adjust for their mistakes. Any idea how to fix?

What do you mean "adjust for their mistake"? If they only have 60 tablets for a 90 tablet prescription of a Schedule II drug. Depending on the state, they may or may not have only a few days to provide the patient with the difference. But the patient can explain to their doctor what happened and ask their doctor for a new prescription for the difference. The doctor can verify the amount given by looking at their states PDMP database
Rules about ADHD meds are different than other meds. There are no "refills." So your doctor has to give you separate rx's for each month. And maybe in your state or with your pharmacy, you have to submit a new script each month. There are no standard refills with ADHD meds.
But I'm not sure I'm understanding your question. Maybe the issue is your pharmacy has a low quota of ADHD meds. I changed pharmacies precisely because the one I had been going to was reaching its quota (DEA apparently gives out limits) ... and I went to another one that had a higher quota and thus no lag time between submission of script and filling of the script.
I recently picked up my prescription for Adderall IR from Walgreens. It was supposed to be 60ct, 10mg tablets but when I finally got around to opening the bottle (I still had some to use up from my last script), I realized that they had filled it with 5mg tablets. I was nervous about bringing it up with the pharmacy because of the horror stories I hear about pharmacists accusing people of pill-chasing, etc. But I finally decided to call and at least tell them about the mistake in case someone working there was doing it on purpose. They were actually very chill about it and told me to bring it in so they could fix it. So, I know that at least some Walgreens pharmacists will readily fix a mistake made on ADHD meds without a hassle.
