Hello, I was hoping to get some recommendations on business coaches that specialize in ADHD. If you have any please let me know!

Not sure what you mean by "business coach." I had a life coach for ADHD ... She was a general life coach but she also had an interest in ADHD. Met her at a support group meeting. Maybe business coach and life coach mean the same.

I'm thinking maybe business coaches charge more and cater to high-powered, highly paid folks. You just need someone to help you with organization ... You can google organization coach and ADHD coach ... there are a lot of folks out there .... many will meet on zoom ...

Are you trying to get help with work? If so, that's a common focus and struggle for people with ADHD. The coach I worked with was local near me, and I am still applying tips she gave me ....

I'm not a businessman, but do I need an ADHD coach, so I looked around and found this site:

adhdcoaches.org/find-your-c...

If you follow the link to the directory, the search page lists specialties, including: Entrepreneurs, Career, and Workplace.

It may be easier to find an ADHD coach who also does business coaching, than a business coach who also does ADHD coaching, but that's just my expectation.

Good luck!

I'm a coach, have ADHD, and work with others who do. I do not practice the type of coaching that I've seen offered by ADHD coaches which I'd call more of technical assistance ("here's a tool to take notes, here's a strategy to manage time") but offer coaching that helps folks get unstuck and tap into their leadership and values. (There may be ADHD coaches who use this style too, I mention this because the prescriptive style seems to be common among ADHDers in my circle.)

These are all valid approaches & depends on what fits best for you. I recommend interviewing several coaches - most have free discovery calls - and going with the person that you're most drawn to work with. Coaching can be a very personal experience and trust-building is essential.

DM me if you would like to chat and wishing you well!
