I know several people that had the same struggles. Do you take extended release or immediate release ? You need to talk with your doctor. It sounds like you might need to change the timing of your last dosage. If you take extended release, you might need to switch to immediate release or visa versa.

Keep a journal. Write down the date and time you take your Adderall and how much. Also write down what time you get up, what time you go to bed and if you have problems sleeping. Also write down what activities you do. What do you do when you go home? Sometimes being sleepy means you were more active than usual the day before and did not get enough sleep. Also keep track if you drink anything that contains caffeine.

Do you exercise? Exercising helps sleep. But if you exercise too close to bedtime. It can interfere with sleep. If you do not sleep well for one or two nights. It can cause being sleepy during the day time
