Hey there, I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and OCD. After a life long of difficulties and historical trauma, I used my experience to help other with mental health and ADHD. But it’s now time for me to learn about myself and take care of me 😊 it’s great to be able to talk and meet others who share similar stories and finally understand that there is nothing wrong with ‘me’. Hope everyone is well 💙

yes, it is good to remember to take care of yourself ! I agree with you and have had a similar experience of taking care of everyone else's mental health, but my own. Trying to learn all I can about ADHD and am learning a ton. Helpful to not feel alone also. Blessings!
