Hotel Quarantine and ADD

Heyyyy

I got diagnosed with ADD a few months ago and ive just come back home to Hong Kong to visit my family and friends. I'm currently stuck in a 21 day quarantine in a hotel alone. I also have exams coming up and things to do, but im really struggling to get anything done. Nothing seems to motivate me. During the rest of COVID i luckily escaped any serious quarantine. Lately (before coming to HK) I've been using body doubling to get everything done. I also dont currently take or have any medication for ADD.

My question is my fellow ADDers, Have you been in similiar situations? How do you guys cope? Any ADD hacks? Advice?
