Hi. It’s Shnookie. Sounds like a great idea. My problem is that I do make lists of goals for the week and don’t always accomplishthem in that week. Then I get frustrated. My social worker says I should break things down more and try to break it into smaller goals which is a better idea. Positivity is something that I totally agreed with. After a challenging week with the anniversary

of my mom’s death and the horrifying behavior in Washington D.c. things will definitely better be better this week. I’m here 4 U hugs 🤗 M

i'm usually the one with words of encouragement. lately has been rough. i've been searching for a new psychiatrist. the one i had is literally only available one day a week, no matter what the issue is, although i liked her very much. the search has been an eye opener. I haven't given up yet, but I am beginning to resign myself to "this is my life." Thankfully, I have an awesome therapist.
