I am looking for an accountability partner that will take a minute or two at the time we are waking up (choose a set time and keep it regardless of circumstances) to share our goals/plans for the day. This will do two things 1) reenforce a good sleep-wake schedule, and 2) keep us accountable for making a daily plan the night before.
Is anyone on Eastern or Central time that would be willing to do this? I am on Mountain time and would like to get up at 6:00am M-F. The weekends can be off days for our accountability partnership.
If more than one person replies maybe we can all grab an accountability partner for these goals. Please don’t be shy about replying, I really need to find another ADHD person so we can also become resources for one another throughout the process of our ADHD treatment.
