Has being in quarantine reduced your ADHD symptoms?

I ask because I have been sheltering-in-place since late February. I have asthma, lung damage, and three autoimmune disorders (Jackpot! Not.), so spending around other people is not an option until there is a vaccine for COVID-19. Ugh. But here's the pony in the poop: because I have fewer outside opportunities for distraction, my memory is improving! While my organization and motivation issues have not shifted as significantly, they seem to be less intense. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Unfortunately my situation has not changed materially. I have been working on line which is actually equally challenging - I do university lecturing - I would actually prefer in-class delivery over on line. Motivation has been MORE challenging as my work now is largely self driven other than brief on line face to face sessions. Hyperactivity has not been a problem. Textbook case of the hyper symptoms easing as I have aged, but the attentiveness / organization and procrastination is alive and well in my head.

Oh, Metahari! I too am sheltering in place due to risk factors for COVID, since April 7th. I’m loving it!!!

I have not been late to work, not once. And because my brain is not overloaded and overworked by all the stimulus of commuting and crowded corporate office environment, I still have active brain cells left at the end of the work day! And on the weekend!

I have cleaned and organized 3 closets, and made over the junk room into a guest room/crafting space. It brings me joy to bring order to my environment, because I finally have room in my brain to do so.

I NEVER want to go back to the office. I hope I can WFH until I retire. I like having my ADHD brain available for myself, and not just my job.

My ADHD has greatly exacerbated since I've been quarantined. I have other issues like being Bipolar, financial pressure and looking for a job that does not help either. However, I have been misplacing more things. Also the first telephone job interview I had since being quarantined was a nightmare. Fortunately, I have support from some groups that I am associated with and was able to do some mock interviews. Whether I get the job or not,

the webex interview I had last week, I felt more confident. However in some positive aspects, my hyperfocusing has become very helpful and my memories of certain facts that are important to me, have been greatly improved
