Besides talking to my doctor and therapist, it was on this site that I spoke about my ADHD to someone, and it took being on this site for three months reading other people’s post before I got the guts to share. When I shared my first post I got a handful of responses and I didn’t feel so alone anymore. This site has also helped me on my journey to be more kind to myself accepting of myself and learn myself better.

Thank you everyone for for all your kindness and helping me through difficult times.
