Rocutane / isotretinoin- Sligh Skin recess on Upper Back/Lats and Muscle Pain - Is this worrying?

Hi All, been using Rocutane since Dec 31, 20MG dose. I'm 38, with moderate acne on back and shoulders. All was going well until a week ago when I started having pain in my lats/upper back. Next thing I see a bit of redness/rash in this area. It's not that much but I am worried. And that area is painful similar to muscle sorness. Should I be worried? Is this common because the mild pills have started taking effect? For some nights I couldn't sleep and I took a pain killer. It's not crazy but I didn't have these symptoms until a week ago. Just the usual dry lips, occasional nose bleeds and flaky skin that's all. Won't get to see a dermatologist in a week's time. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Harry.
