Anyone know how to sort acne caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome ?

Anti biotics don't work as its hormonal

I'm now 27 and feel like a teenager and had it since I was 14

Have you tried cutting out dairy because dairy has hormones in...? There are some supplements you can take but you can change your diet to balance your hormones.
